At BRUUT, our mission is to enchant people with a story of unique flavours inspired by the seasons of our Bruges terroir.
As much as we would love to make this experience possible for everyone, each menu requires intensive artistic preparation and the highest level of focus.
We thank you for understanding that it is therefore not possible for us to make adjustments based on specific dietary requests.
However, a meat dish can be replaced by a fish dish per table, provided this is communicated in advance.

A reservation is confirmed with a deposit of €135 per person, payable by credit card.
If a reservation is cancelled, the amount will be automatically refunded. Please note that it may take a few days before it appears back in your account.
Important: For cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the reservation date, we are obliged to retain the deposit as compensation for incurred costs.
