BRUUT represents a beautiful synthesis of our Flemish cuisine, where terroir and traditions are given a contemporary look. By combining regional products with a modern vision, we want to give a new perspective on our food culture. From that nostalgia we return to the past, where craft is the trump card.
That is why we work closely with a few passionate people, who help us to put the old Flemish glory back on the map.
We use fresh, fair, seasonal products from our own region, which are prepared with respect and care. All this in a homely and casual setting, in a historic building with a view of the canals of Bruges.
